Cancellation and Refund Policy

If You Cancel:

If you cannot attend a seminar you can contact Neurosomatic Educators in advance to transfer to a future session, or you can send someone to take your place. If you need to cancel your attendance, Neurosomatic Educators will give you a complete refund if you cancel more than three weeks before your seminar begins.

To cancel, simply call Neurosomatic Educators at 1-866-597-3772. If you cancel with less than three weeks' advance notice, you will be liable for the entire seminar fee. Once your payment has been received, you may request a courtesy transfer to use at any future Neurosomatic Educators seminar of equal or lesser value.

The courtesy transfer must be used within one year of the date of your originally scheduled seminar. In fairness to all attendees, if you do not attend a seminar session for which you are confirmed and do not contact Neurosomatic Educators to cancel in advance, you will be charged the entire seminar fee.

If We Cancel:

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel Neurosomatic Educators seminars and sessions up until the first day of the seminar or a session of the course.
If the Seminar is postponed, then you will be informed of a new date within 3 weeks and no refund will be given.
If the Seminar is completely canceled then the amount you have paid will be FULLY refunded.
If a session or the rest of the course is canceled then you will be refunded the amount for the rest of the days or sessions that you have paid for.
Neurosomatic Educators is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you or another as a result of your registration, attendance at, postponement of or cancellation of a Seminar. 

 

Refunds:

All products are non-refundable. If a product is deemed damaged then simply ship the product to Neurosomatic Educators at: 13830 58th St N, Suite 404, Clearwater, FL 33760 and a replacement will be sent to your address.

If you attend one of our classes and feel that we have not presented a quality seminar we will refund 100% of your tuition. Just inform the instructor at the end of the last day of training and we will keep your certificate of completion and CEU credits and issue you a full refund.
